They were incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. From carrying my luggage to providing chilled bottled water on request, they truly knew how to enhance the experience. The room itself was beautiful, with a comfortable bed that guaranteed a restful night's sleep.

The location was perfect for our Christmas getaway, just a short walk to all the main attractions. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a fantastic shower. We also loved that we could request free bottled water whenever we wanted and the brunch menu was exceptional.

That our room faced scaffolding, so the view wasn't the best. since the hotel is new, everything else was in great condition.
